If you arrive before your scheduled service time please wait in your car. If you'd like to enter the facility ahead of schedule, please call ahead to ensure we are ready to receive you.
Before any service may be provided all clients are required to fill out our Covid-19 waiver and provide any updates on symptoms. In addition, treatment intake forms for the desired service are to be completed before arrival as well. When you complete your online booking all forms will be sent directly to your booking email.
When you arrive we will have supplies prepared for you to wash and sanitize your hands before any service is performed.
We have always loved when you bring in loved ones to share your experience, however, for safety purposes please do not bring any guests to your appointment.
A mask must be worn in compliance with Broward County regulations if you are receiving a service that does not include a facial.
We understand life gets crazy. If a cancellation is necessary we require you do so MORE THAN 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid any fees. Please keep in mind we are doing our best to accommodate multiple schedules , last minute changes/cancellations have a heavy impact. If you reschedule your appointment before the 24 hour window there will be no fee. If you cancel or no show your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time you will be billed for 50% of the service fee. If you reschedule in the 24 hour period of your service time you will be billed 25% of the service fee.
